She has traveled with the Blue Ridge Caravan Company in the past, and has worked with Aries. Her caravan sells "recreations" of rare plans and recipes, and she claims to have a photographic memory, which helps with these recreations. She draws the plans of guns and other items herself.

Minerva follows a strict 4-week rotating schedule in Fallout 76. During Weeks 1, 2, and 3 (the standard Minerva's Emporium), she appears from Monday to Wednesday (48 hours) at Fort Atlas, Foundation, or The Crater.
On Week 4, Minerva hosts her famous Big Sale (Super Sale) from Thursday to Monday (72+ hours) outside The Whitespring Resort. During the Big Sale, she offers all plans from the previous three weeks combined!
All plans and recipes sold by Minerva cost 25% less Gold Bullion than standard vendor prices from Regs (Vault 79), Samuel (Foundation), or Mortimer (The Crater).
